Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all transactions.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction. Once you have gained access to the product, whether by direct download or an emailed link, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

- Dissatisfaction Based on Subjective Opinion: Refunds will not be granted simply because a customer does not like the content, writing style, or design of the product if it is as described.
For customers based in the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU), consumer protection laws typically grant a 14-day cooling-off period, during which buyers can request a refund for digital goods. However, under UK and EU law, this right does not apply once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, provided that the buyer explicitly agrees to waive the right to cancel before completing the purchase.
